MyndGazer is a secular health and wellness platform which aims to bring the benefits of mindfulness and meditation to everyone. Login once a day for a 10 minute meditation session, or as often as you like. Establishing a regular daily practice is basically a question of motivation and scheduling. When you sit down to meditate decide in advance how long the session is going to last. MyndGazer contains a meditation timer that you can use to set the length of your session, as well as guided sessions of 10 minutes each.


Learning Paths

MyndGazer is arranged in modules. Once you have taken the foundation module you can take the other modules in any sequence that makes sense to you. MyndGazer is for everyone who is inspired to explore mindfulness and meditation. Keep coming back to your original inspiration - you already have everything you need for this journey - mind, body, thoughts and the curiosity and openess to explore.
